Press release on First Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Titov’s consultations with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng

On November 25-26, First Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Titov held talks with Vice Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China Le Yucheng.

The officials discussed ways of further consolidating the coordination of Russian-Chinese foreign policy, exchanged views regarding the global situation and ways of maintaining strategic stability, as well as a number of topical regional matters. The discussion confirmed the proximity of Russian and Chinese approaches towards the matters that were brought up.

The parties agreed to hold such meetings on a regular basis, so as to be able to conduct a strategic long-term review of the pace of bilateral foreign policy collaboration and expanded dialogue formats between national foreign ministries.
