My dear Bruno,

I am very glad to see you again.

Quite recently you visited us in Moscow.

I always enjoy visiting hospitable Havana. Thank you for your warm reception in every sense: both the weather and certainly the friendship.

I would like to congratulate you on National Rebellion Day which is to be celebrated in a few days and which marks a critical stage of the Cuban revolution. I hope today we will remember this and do our best to consolidate in this day and age those traditions established by Moscow and Havana many decades ago.
