State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

Education: graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1995.
Fluent in English and Polish.
Since 1995 held various diplomatic posts in the central office of the Foreign Ministry and abroad.
2006−2008 – Aide to the Foreign Minister, Deputy Head of the Foreign Minister’s Secretariat.
2008−2013 – Head of the Foreign Minister’s Secretariat.
2013−2017 – Head of the Consular Department.
Since 2016 – Member of the Foreign Ministry Collegium.
2017 – 2019 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
September 2019 – Present – State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Holds the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Class I.
Awarded several state and ministerial prizes.
Married, with two daughters.
