Russian Ambassador in the U.S. Anatoly Antonov laid flowers to the monument to Alexander Pushkin in Washington to commemorate 220th anniversary of the birth of “The Sun of Russian Poetry”.

The UN marked June, 6 as a Russian Language Day!

Today kids from the Russian language and culture organization Metaphor and the Potomac Russian Academy presented performance based on the Pushkin poetry.

The monument to Alexander Pushkin was erected in Washington on the campus of the George Washington University in 2020.
