Phone conversation between the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius

On the 15 June, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, had a phone conversation with his French colleague, Laurent Fabius.
To develop the conversation between the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, the French President, Francois Hollande, and the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, they continued to discuss the complicated situation in Ukraine with the emphasis on the need to stop bloodshed in this country as soon as possible.
The ministers also exchanged opinions on the issues related to the work in the UNSC on the draft resolution, which is aimed at assisting the settlement of the crisis in Ukraine.
Sergey Lavrov expressed his outrage about the inactivity of the Kiev authorities, which allowed the atrocities near the Russian Embassy in the capital of Ukraine. Laurent Fabius said that France intends to make a respective statement in this regard.
