Press release on Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s meeting with Paraguayan National Congress Senator Luis Castiglioni
On March 14, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov received Paraguay’s National Congress Senator Luis Castiglioni, who is in Moscow as a Russian presidential election observer.
The talks were held in a friendly and warm atmosphere and focused on a discussion of various aspects concerning bilateral affairs, as well as international and regional matters. The officials spoke in favour of efforts to strengthen the political dialogue between Russia and Paraguay as well as expand trade, economic, scientific and technical, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries.
