On 15 January, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov spoke with US Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim in a call initiated by the American side.
They discussed Russian-US cooperation to achieve a political and diplomatic settlement of the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, including ways to resume six-party talks.
