Press release on Sergey Lavrov’s meeting with the Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Yusuf Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah
On September 29, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a short meeting with Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Yusuf Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah on the sidelines of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
The sides exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East, with a particular focus on bringing an early end to violence and achieving a political settlement in Syria.
The ministers also discussed strengthening bilateral relations.
