Mr President,
Allow me to convey heartfelt greetings from President of Russia Vladimir Putin who recalls your recent telephone conversation that was very successful.
Congratulations on the National Day of Peace, which you are celebrating today. This has been an important five-year period since 2018.
Under your guidance, the people of Nicaragua defended their right to independently address domestic issues, and this is a major achievement. We are convinced that the development of Nicaragua will continue to rely on decisions adopted by the people of Nicaragua, rather than anyone else from outside the country.
