Press release on Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov’s meeting with Director-General for Foreign Policy of the Foreign Ministry of Portugal Francisco Duarte Lopes
On May 25, Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov met at the Foreign Ministry with Francisco Duarte Lopes, Director-General for Foreign Policy of the Foreign Ministry of Portugal, who is in Moscow for consultations between the Russian and Portuguese foreign ministries.
The talks were also attended by Portuguese Ambassador in Russia Mario Godinho de Matos and focused on developments in the Middle East and North Africa with an emphasis on a Syrian crisis settlement, developments in Libya and the fight against terrorism.
