Sergey Lavrov: The President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs have already commented on the sanctions. We believe that this decision – coming at a time when the peace process, we hope, is gaining traction – is an attempt to undermine the process.
