О визите в Москву Комиссара Королевской полиции Брунея
On 14-16 August 2017 delegation of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) headed by the Commissioner of Police Dato Paduka Seri Hj Mohd Jammy bin Hj Muhd Shah Al Islam visited Moscow at the invitation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Kolokoltsev.
During the working meeting Dato Paduka Seri Hj Mohd Jammy bin Hj Muhd Shah Al Islam and Mr. Vladimir Kolokoltsev discussed Russia-Brunei cooperation in the field of law enforcement, combatting transnational crime and countering terrorism, including within the framework of the Russia-ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Combatting Transnational Crime, the Joint Working Group on Combating International Terrorism, the ASEAN Regional Forum and ASEANAPOL.
Bruneian delegation visited the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The Head of the Directorate Mr. Oleg Baranov briefed the guests on the activities of the Moscow police in the field of protection of public order and combating crime. Deputy Head of Police of the Directorate Mr. Aleksandr Polovinka made a presentation about the “02” police emergency line and Police Control Room of the Directorate. Moscow police officers demonstrated the operation of the city’s video-surveillance systems and the processes of receiving and transmitting the information. The guests were also familiarized with the work of the DNA-Lab of the Forensics Centre of the Directorate.
RBPF representatives were received in Rosoboronexport, where they met with the Deputy Director General Mr. Sergey Goreslavsky and viewed the presentations of the weapons and military equipment manufactured in Russia.
Within the framework of the visit Dato Paduka Seri Hj Mohd Jammy bin Hj Muhd Shah Al Islam met with the Deputy Director General of Concern Kalashnikov Mr. Arkady Privalov, as well as visited the Demo-Centre of the Concern the “Patriot” Park.
