On Upcoming Russia-EU Consultations Regarding Life Support for Kaliningrad Oblast

Russia-EU consultations will take place in Moscow on September 9 on the problems of life support for the Kaliningrad oblast in the context of the European Union enlargement. The Russian delegation is led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Razov, and the delegation of the European Union is headed by Friis Arne Petersen, permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, which currently holds the Presidency of the EU.
